Fantastic Feast

Note: Starting Monday, Hex Libris will update Mondays and Wednesdays. Same number of strips, just a different days.

I read Fantastic Mr. Fox about 10 times when I was a kid. And I loved the movie, though it was more “inspired by” than “adapted from.” Mr. Fox seemed an ideal solution to the bunny problem.

If you didn’t see the movie but did see Alvin and the Chipmunks, shame on you. That nasty, cheap humor/cheap animation piece of junk has made a ton of money compared to Fantastic Mr. Fox, but with possibly one tenth of one thousandth of it’s charm, humor and pure enjoyability. People complain about how bad movies are getting, but then they reward the worst of the worst with big paydays. Just. Say. No.
