Reliable Narrators

Wow, reviewing Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein has me wondering about narrator reliability. The layers go deep without any character but the creature displaying any real personality. They’re more like little pieces moved around by the author.

Of course, the Creature is an absolutely credible narrator of the tale. Sure he is. Just look at that honest face.
