A side of our Girl Detective I haven’t shown yet. All of those girl detectives were spunky (horrible word), but I’m not sure how much self-defense training they had in the 1940s/1950s versions. I figured Connie would know how to take care of herself. And in the world of Hex Libris, it’s a good thing.
